Philip is a UK corporate lawyer with 30 years’ experience, 20 of which as a corporate partner and equity partner in leading UK national and international law firms. He has supported UK, US and EU based public and private companies and institutions, as trusted and lead advisor, on mid-market domestic and cross border M&A transactions and corporate finance projects.

Philip has a particular focus on the US corporate market and has a wealth of relationships with leading law firms, corporate advisory firms and corporates across the US. He has led relationships and transactions for clients in multiple sectors, including healthcare, technology, sport and leisure, manufacturing, construction, distribution, real estate and education.

In addition to transactional work, Philip provides strategic consulting to UK and EU law firms looking to develop and deepen their presence in the US and other international markets. His longstanding relationships with top-tier US law firms and corporate finance intermediaries enable firms to build valuable alliances and implement effective international growth strategies.
